Education

Learning through research

Education at 3Nano-SAE is connected to the University of Bucharest Faculty of Physics and to the center's research activity in nanoscience, alternative energy systems, electrochemical energy conversion and storage, advanced materials, fuel cells, batteries, supercapacitors, phase-change materials, microbial fuel cells and chemo/biosensors. Through master and doctoral routes, students can connect formal academic study with laboratory work, research projects and technology-transfer topics developed on the Măgurele physics platform.

Faculty of Physics and 3Nano-SAE

3Nano-SAE is affiliated with the University of Bucharest Faculty of Physics and describes education as part of its mission: student-focused learning, research and development for Master and PhD students, and training in renewable and alternative energy sources. This makes the center a bridge between academic formation and applied research in energy materials, devices and sustainable technologies.
